Silicone removal from the nasal bridge, cartilage repositioning at the nasal tip, costal/ear cartilage... I don’t have much soft tissue, so I might need reinforcement with autologous dermisㅠㅠ Or since autologous dermis would be used for reinforcement anyway, should I do autologous dermis for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip? Honestly, I want to remove everything from the nasal tip too, but since my septal cartilage has already been used before, I feel like it could collapse. I hope my nose doesn’t end up too bulky, but right now it’s a slim nose. I never had much soft tissue on my nose to begin withㅜㅜ I’ve had inflammation before too, so I’m scared of side effectsㅜㅠ As I get older, I feel like it’ll gradually start showing through, so I’m thinking of just removing the foreign material...
