I was advised to have septal removal surgery. What do you think?

Because of columellar depression, a crooked nasal bridge, and nostril asymmetry, I went to about 6 places for revision surgery consultations, and one of them recommended septal removal surgery. They said that when you look at the CT, there is no bone at all inside the septal cartilage, and that all of this bone was used to support the central part of the nasal bridge. They said this seems to be causing contracture from the inside, and that all the causes of the columellar depression, crooked nasal bridge, and nostril asymmetry shown in the photo seem to be because of this. So they explain that if this isn’t removed, it will be hard to see a change. But the other 5 places said this kind of…
