About a year and a half ago, I had 2 mm silicone placed on the nasal bridge, septal extension at the nasal tip, and ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage used. From around 6 months, my nose gradually started turning upward, and recently I thought it was probably contracture, so I went to my original clinic for a follow-up. They said it was contracture and only prescribed Rizaben.
I went for a follow-up 3 days ago, and suddenly they said I had to remove the silicone that same day, so I had only the silicone removed that day through a closed approach. But now there is a lot of discharge coming from inside my nostril. The doctor says we should remove everything in the nasal tip as soon as tomorrow. What should I do? If anyone has suffered from inflammation, please give me some advice.
