I had septal surgery in the past, and recently I went to a hospital to check the condition of my nasal septum. The doctor said my septum had become very thin. It’s not perforated yet, but I’m curious whether it’s common for the septum to become thinner over time after surgery. I’m also wondering if there are people like me whose septum has become very thin, and in those cases how people usually manage or treat it. Also, does anyone know whether rhinitis symptoms can get worse if the septum becomes thin like this?
