Is it possible to do complete nose implant removal and revision surgery together in one procedure? My nose is short and my nostrils show way too much, so I’m also stressed about contracture. I want to remove all the implants and have revision surgery again without implants, but if I have to wait for that interval, I think it’ll be really tough ㅜ If there are any clinics famous for nose removal and revision surgery for a short nose/upturned nose, please let me know

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
