I had a total of 2 nose surgeries, once each in 2022 and 2024. The first was done with ear cartilage using a non-implant columellar strut method, and the second was done using silicone, donated costal cartilage, and ear cartilage. Septal extension with donated costal cartilage on the left side and ear cartilage on the right side. My current condition is that the silicone is crooked, so it shows through red, and once, when I was not in good condition, I had swelling between my eyebrows. I don’t know whether that was contact dermatitis or because of the silicone, but when I had a CT scan at a local ENT clinic, they said there was a space between my nasal bridge and the silicone. Why did they put the silicone in so that it was floating like that lol…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
