You know those contracted noses that end up looking like a pig’s nose. Those seem severe, but are most of them caused by inflammation at first, or because there was a problem and it wasn’t treated quickly?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
