Removing nasal inflammation

For my first surgery, I had rhinoplasty with silicone and donated costal cartilage, but I wanted it to be aesthetically higher, so for my second surgery I had revision rhinoplasty with silicone, autologous costal cartilage, and ear cartilage. Then, after just one month, inflammation developed. I took medication for 2 weeks and watched it, and in the 3rd week, I had the silicone removed through an open approach. But the inflammation still didn’t settle, so I really lived through hell again for 2 weeks. I didn’t want to do anything, and kept wondering why this was happening to me. I really didn’t do anything the hospital told me not to do, and I made sure not to miss anything they told me to do. But the inflammation still didn’t settle, so 2 weeks after removing the silicone, they opened my nose again and removed the autologous costal cartilage, and now…
