Following my previous visits to clinics in Apgujeong, I went for a consultation at a removal clinic in Hongdae. Please refer to my previous post for my surgery history. Maybe because it was the weekend, there were a lot of people waiting, and the consultation order was consultant-director-consultant. I don’t like having the columella cut, so I wanted closed full removal. -Full removal is possible -After touching my nose, they said removal is possible even though I’m only 4 months post-op -With the closed approach, it’s hard to secure visibility, so accuracy decreases. If my daughter were getting surgery, I would have her do it with an open approach -If the nostrils show much more than with the original nose, that’s an unavoidable part of raising the nasal tip. Remove the support and cartilage...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
