I had my nasal bridge done with silicone, and septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage were used for the nasal tip. If inflammation occurs and swelling starts from the nasal tip, does that mean the inflammation wasn’t caused by a problem with the silicone?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
