I was diagnosed with needing revision rhinoplasty, calcification removal, and a contracted nose. It’s a silicone-related complication, but during revision surgery, is it okay to use silicone for the nasal bridge again? For columella correction, can anyone explain the difference between autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage? Could you share some reviews so I can get help? Please leave a reply. I’m really worried, choosing a hospital is hard too, and if you can recommend a place that’s good at revision rhinoplasty, please do.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
