The reason I’m considering it is that my bulbous nose didn’t improve, and it feels like the columella has dropped a little. I’m looking for a clinic that’s somewhat well known for specializing in revision rhinoplasty, so please recommend some clinics. I know they say bulbous nose improvement needs to be done in a more dramatic way, but I feel burdened by making it too dramaticㅠ Also, for those who had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage, did you have any drooping of just the nasal tip over time or anything like that?
