Next week will make it 4 months since removal, and I’ll be entering month 5. It feels too ambiguous to call it swelling; my nose looks kind of pinched and puffy like a pig nose, and it isn’t improving even as time passes. I don’t think this is swelling, but more like scar tissue. At 6 months, I want to have only the nasal tip extended and raised with ear cartilage, have the alar cartilage spread, and remove the scar tissue. I’m curious whether removing the scar tissue would improve that previous puffy look to some extent, even if new scar tissue forms again. My life is ruined because of this puffy nose with no three-dimensional definition. I used to hear that I looked like Heejin from LOONA…
