I had surgery last August~~ I had osteotomy and only the nose tip done with septal cartilage, so now that I look back, a lot of time has passed. It feels like just yesterday I was anxiously wondering when the swelling would go down.. I was even nervous about anything brushing against my nose, but now it would be a lie to say it feels completely like my own nose, though it doesn’t cause me any inconvenience in daily life at all. (Except that the tip feels hard when I kiss my boyfriend;;) And for reference, I can’t do pig-nose lifting; because I wanted something natural, I didn’t get silicone either, so only the people I told about the surgery know. In that sense, that’s a plus if you want to look at it that way.. From the side, the nose looks slim, but from the front it looks blunt-_-; That kept bothering me, so yesterday, after 10 months, I went to the hospital, and the doctor said there’s no scar tissue, so there’s nothing to inject, and if anything needs to be done, tying the cartilage can make it look pinched as time goes on, so he doesn’t recommend it;; Then he said there’s nothing wrong with listening to the doctor;; the way he said it made it sound like I’d regret it, so;; I got scared.. and just said I’d think about it and left But when you have surgery, don’t they usually tie the cartilage together anyway? I’ve hardly ever seen anyone who looked pinched like that Maybe the doctor said that because it was a hassle? Please give me some advice ㅠ

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
