I had nose tip surgery 2 years ago for 350, and paid 300 in cash, with the tip tied using ear cartilage and alar reduction, you know. It was a bit expensive.. seriously But after everything was done, I realized they only did the alar reduction on one side. When I asked why it turned out like that, they said one side was larger than the other, so they only did one side. Honestly, I had asked for the alar area to be made smaller than its original size. I was not asking for the sizes to be matched. That’s not it, right? Then they could have done both sides and just trimmed more from the larger side. But back then the doctor said to wait and see for a while, or to do it again later, so I didn’t say anything else and time just passed like this. Since I was a high school student, I was busy going to school and couldn’t really pay attention. But these days, when I look in the mirror, I’m really upset. I think it would be fine if the alar area were reduced just a bit more. On top of that, the money wasn’t small either. It makes me annoyed that for the amount other people spend, they could have raised the nose and even done the eyes, but I ended up paying all that money just for tip tying and one-sided alar reduction. What should I do? If I ask to have it done again now, will I get yelled at?
