I had surgery on the tip of my nose with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and also on my nostrils.. Phew.. from the moment I lay down on the bed before anesthesia.. I kept thinking, what am I even doing right now.. I regretted it so much.. I wanted to run out, but... it finished safely. Phew. I thought that if I had sedation anesthesia, I’d sleep until the surgery was over... But as soon as my consciousness came back.. I could hear all the sounds so vividly. ㄷㄷㄷ Especially when they were removing the septal cartilage.. I really thought I was going to die... It wasn’t exactly painful, but.. that terrifying feeling.. I thought my nose was disappearing.. ㅠㅠ Ugh.. and then in the middle, I thought the surgery was almost done.. But there wasn’t enough septal cartilage, so they had to use ear cartilage too ㅠㅠ Actually.. by the time they got to my ears and nostrils.. the shock from the septal cartilage was so intense that I don’t even remember it and it didn’t hurt either~ㅋㅋ Anyway.. that’s how the two-hour surgery ended.. Ah. And I have a question... I heard that a lot of bleeding is a good thing.. They said to pinch both sides of the nose to stop the bleeding.. I’m really timid, so even if I touch it only a little blood just runs down... But can I press harder?? And.. I thought I heard that the ear hurts more.. Why doesn’t my ear hurt at all?? Because there isn’t even a tiny bit of pain, I’m even more anxious..ㅠㅠ Right now the area around my nose feels hot.. and throbs..ㅠㅠ Ah, I’m scared.. my head and gums hurt too... phew~ It feels like the swelling is getting worse... What should I do to minimize the swelling??? This is really a surgery I never want to have again.. It’s so hard and scary....ㅠㅠ

During the consultation, Dr. Kim Hyun-joo’s aesthetic sense matched mine perfectly, so I made up my mind right away at the clinic...! It wasn’t about making the nose overly high or obviously done, but about shaping it naturally and elegantl
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex
My round nasal tip was so different from the look I wanted… You know how a bulbous nose looks even thicker and more emphasized in photosㅠ... Even though the side profile seemed okay? From the front, it looked spread out. There are different
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
