Fat Grafting to Both Sides of the Forehead, Temples, and Nasolabial Folds

][ Fat grafting to both sides of the forehead, temples, and nasolabial folds ][ After looking around here and there and agonizing over it again and again, I chose one place and, afraid I might waver, I didn't come here even once until the day of surgery ^^;; While waiting at the hospital with my mom and my boyfriend-to-be, my mom teared up and held my hand tight~ "When you had surgery at the Wonju hospital, I swore I'd never let you end up having surgery or being hospitalized again and that I'd raise you well..." she trailed off, her eyes watery. (Maybe she was thinking back to when I was very little and had to be hospitalized for about six months after surgery because I was in a lot of pain.) "Mom~ it's plastic surgery though haha" I smiled as if nothing was wrong. I honestly don't understand how I got so old, but the age on my face is still telling the truth. Now that I'm over 30, fine lines and freckles are showing too ㅠ_ㅠ I was so nervous that while waiting for surgery I kept going to the bathroom ;;; I think I went at least six times right up until just before getting on the operating table. At last, after taking a few photos, I went into the operating room and lay down. "Um, sister, I'm allergic to cephalosporin antibiotics..." "Oh dear, that's such a common antibiotic, and you're allergic to the one in the cephalosporin family that most people aren't allergic to? I'm glad you told us so well ^^" "Okay, now please lie down comfortably." After hearing that, I lay down, and because I'd been dreaming about surgery continuously for days, weird, messed-up dreams like that, I hadn't slept well the night before and had been tossing and turning. Even right before lying on the operating table, I kept going in and out of the bathroom and couldn't hide how nervous I was, but strangely, the moment I lay down after hearing those words, the tension just melted away, and I thought, it'll turn out pretty!!! Then I felt completely at ease. ~~~ How much time had passed?? I was half-dreaming and half-awake and think I was mumbling something, but I don't remember anything... It felt like it hurt, but where am I? Ah, the hospital... I'm still on the operating table @_@ I'm dizzy... they showed me a mirror and I think I looked at it, was that a dream? Or not?? The doctor said, "We injected so much that there wasn't any fat left over." Gasp!!! The words I heard in that hazy state were so clear they stuck right in my ears. What?? Then what should we do? What if it becomes lumpy or something?? You were probably startled when you saw me suddenly sit up and stare straight at you while saying that ㅎㅎㅎ "If after a few days it seems like we need an A/S, I'll take some out again and put it back in for you." I heard that, but I still wasn't reassured. I was even more uneasy and anxious. As I was going to the place to change clothes, I covered my face and said to my mom and my soon-to-be husband, "You'll be surprised if you see it, so don't look yet~" My mom laughed and said she'd already seen everything so it was fine ^^;; Actually, I first learned about fat grafting thanks to my mom. Because the area above my eyebrows is so sunken in and shadowed, and the sides of my cheeks had no fullness so I always looked sharp, I was always upset, and then she told me about fat grafting she had heard of somewhere. "Then there's a way to take your own fat and put it in, so look into it properly. If you're scared to go alone, I'll go with you, so should we look in Gangnam?? I'm a country mom from Gangbuk, but isn't it better than being too scared to go by yourself?^^" I was so grateful... Momaa~ spin~ ㅡㅜ Because I was in front of my mom, I walked as if nothing was wrong and got in the car. I was dizzy, but worried she'd be concerned, so I spoke even louder: "I'm hungry~ Mom, what do you want to eat? Let's go eat something tasty~" We went to a naengmyeon place where you line up waiting with just one mask on. Ah~ I'm hungry... ... Oh my goodness ~ my mouth won't move. When I tried to open my mouth, which didn't open very well, to put in the naengmyeon, it kept sliding back out of my mouth and falling down. Thud...>_< I left everything behind and came out... My mom felt so sorry for me. My future husband, feeling bad for me, brought me milk, and before I could even finish saying "I need a straw~" he brought one. Then, as it got a little past dinner time, he said, "Do you think you can eat now??" and took me to a porridge specialty place. Even though it was plastic surgery, it was still surgery, so maybe he was worried, but he took even better care of me. That first day passed, and then the next day... Since I had never been confident about my forehead, as soon as I opened my eyes I picked up the mirror I had left next to my pillow and looked at my forehead first. Perfect~ Wow, even on my forehead, along the line of my nose, I can see a perfect S-line. I was so happy. My face looked a little more swollen than the first day... My boyfriend looked at my face and said I was really doing something hard~ but he kept asking more often if there was anything I wanted to eat and bought me things diligently. They say if you eat a lot after fat grafting, as if you've gained about 2 kilos, the fat takes better? Since I was already eating a lot, he told me to eat even more. Well, I can lose weight later anyway~ I ate like crazy. Maybe because I really thought it was related to fat graft survival, no matter how much I ate I didn't feel full, so I kept eating every 2 to 3 hours. Seeing that, he was shocked and said, "You really do eat well ;;;" Still, as long as the fat takes well~ Another day passed like that, and on the third day, as soon as I opened my eyes and looked in the mirror again, I felt sad because my forehead seemed to have gone down a little. My cheeks were terribly swollen, and I thought that at this rate, by the time the swelling in my cheeks went down, my forehead would go back to how it was before. When my boyfriend heard that, he said, "The day before, it was so puffed up that should I call it a protruding forehead?? It was a little creepy. I actually thought it would be prettier if it went down just a little more, only a tiny bit..." Hmm... could that be?? I liked that day better, sob sob. Another day passed, and on the 4th day it was truly awful. Maybe because I had injections in my forehead, cheeks, and nasolabial folds, the swelling was so severe I couldn't even open my eyes. My double eyelids were completely flattened, (and even though my eyes normally have such deep double eyelid folds that people often ask if I had surgery, because of the swelling I had bare eyes, and I could only barely look at things through slit-like eyes) I got scared and called the hospital: "I'm so swollen I can't even open my eyes ㅠㅠ" "Then would you like to come to the hospital once???" Since I was at my older sister's place in Gwangmyeong... Going all the way to Apgujeong with my face like this was out of the question. My boyfriend had gone to work too, so... I'll come tomorrow, sob sob (I couldn't go ;;;) First, I came into this community and frantically searched for fat grafting posts. Did something go wrong??? What should I do ㅡㅜ ?? Most of the results said the peak swelling was on day 4 or 5, and that you turn into a beast... gasp. Right, my face... a bulging beast face, bulldog cheeks... Putting it all together, it was a monster indeed!!! Since they said that's normal, I was a bit reassured. As soon as my boyfriend got off work, he rushed over and was shocked when he saw my face. He reassured me, saying he'd checked this community and that it was supposed to be like this. Even though he saw my terrifying face, he took me out saying I needed to eat well, and brought me to Ashley (like VIPS). There were so many people... everyone kept glancing at me~ Ah, how sad... my sunglasses couldn't even hide it. My cheeks were so puffed up in a perfect square shape they looked ready to burst... No matter how hard I tried to cover them, my two hands weren't enough... ㅠㅠ Seeing my boyfriend not mind it at all, I kept eating bravely. I ate steak and pollock roe spaghetti too, and even after hearing, "You're eating again?" I still went back with my plate. Even when day 6 came, my cheeks were still so swollen that no one would believe I was using the excuse that I had my wisdom tooth removed. Still, my thigh hurt less, and the bruise on my thigh that had seemed like it would never go away was slowly fading. This time I persuaded my boyfriend, who was being very reluctant, and went all the way to Suji... pant pant, so far~ We went to eat grilled shellfish. Why did I have so many things I wanted to eat? We even went to a Chinese restaurant and had sea cucumber soup, and I really ate until I was bursting, and ate more and more. Eating until I was bursting is the only way to live. When I got back and weighed myself, I'd gained exactly 2 kilos, which made me quite pleased. At the same time, in case it never went down and my cheeks stayed this way forever, I tried icing them for the first time. I was really careful, afraid that if I touched them they might deflate, but I kept going until the sensation was gone~ Please go down for me~ ㅠㅠ And then another day... It had been exactly one week, but my face was still the kind that would draw a lot of attention if I went around outside. The bruises on my legs were still deep bruises too. When I went to have the stitches removed, I said to the doctor, "Um, here... here, here~" pointing to the very top of my forehead, "This part has absorbed a bit more, so it looks sunken ㅠㅠ" Even though everyone else said it was fine, even my younger acquaintance said my forehead turned out really well, I still wasn't satisfied, so even when the doctor said it wasn't so, I kept pointing and talking, and he said, "Then in two weeks I'll take a little out and put it into that area for you." And then he went right into surgery again. The moment he said that, I was so happy. It seemed like the patients at that hospital mostly came for fat grafting and nose surgery. Even though it was Monday, because the school vacation and holiday period overlapped, it looked incredibly busy, and there were a lot of surgeries. After consultation, as I was about to say goodbye to the two people sitting on the sofa (one middle-aged woman who came with her daughter for her daughter's nose surgery, and a woman who had received fat grafting), one of the people who had newly arrived and were waiting for consultation called out urgently, "Um, excuse me~" "Yes??" "Did you... perhaps get fat grafting??" "Yes, that's right. I got it in my forehead, cheeks, and nasolabial folds." "Why do you ask??" "Oh my, it turned out so pretty. I came for consultation because I'm also getting fat grafting, but wow, wow, it's so pretty~" ㅡ,.ㅡ That makes no sense. Not only were the bulldog cheeks clearly showing yellow and green bruises, but my cheeks were so swollen they looked saggy, and my jaw had become completely square... maybe they think it will be fine once the swelling goes down. Still, I felt good. It's only been barely a week, so there's still a lot of swelling, and my chubby cheeks (very chubby;;) and my slightly protruding forehead (my forehead had been so ironed-flat that the hollow shadow above my eyebrows was gone, and I still hope it comes out a little more) feel unfamiliar, but I still have to hold my cheeks with both hands and absolutely can't lower my arms until someone I know passes by, and yet I really think I made the right choice. I used to never take side-profile photos, but now, yes, looking at my side profile with two mirrors in hand, I feel a little more confident. Just the fact that the shadow above my eyebrows is gone makes me so happy, and for now I'm still happy... of course... Could my cheeks please go down a little?
