Current symptoms and the previous clinic’s position. (revision surgery)

Two weeks ago, I had my nasal bridge raised with Gore-Tex, and the nasal tip was done with septal cartilage or something... But from what I saw, they say Gore-Tex lowers a bit over time. Does septal cartilage do that too? It’s been about 2 weeks since surgery, and even looking at it now, I don’t think the nasal tip is lifted very much... If the nasal tip gets any lower from here, the tip may look droopy... does septal cartilage also get lower?? And in the case of Gore-Tex, how much does it lower?? I’m not sure how many millimeters they put in, but even now it’s not that high.... (because the first surgery failed so badly, I asked them to make it natural no matter what... so it seems they didn’t make it that high..) How much does it usually lower... Back then I had silicone, but they placed the silicone right under the skin, so the skin was under pressure and only the area where the silicone was inserted was always red, and it moved easily when shaken.. Every other clinic consistently answered that the surgery had been done incorrectly and that movement was dangerous, so it should be removed quickly... so I asked the clinic where I had the first surgery. The doctor said: In cases where side effects occur, it may not be 100% the doctor’s fault, so the clinic does not take responsibility just because a side effect occurred. That’s what he said.. So I told him about the movement symptom and that it had been red for the entire 2 years because the skin was under pressure, and said that others said the surgery itself was wrong, so wasn’t it still the clinic’s responsibility? The doctor said: Since that symptom is not explicitly written in the refund policy or compensation policy.... And that was it.. Even if that clinic offered to do the revision for free, I had already lost trust and wasn’t planning to do it there.... But I thought he was a doctor with no sense of responsibility. Thinking about the stress I went through for 2 years because of a botched surgery, I really resented that doctor. Are doctors usually all like that when side effects occur??
