I have a low nose, and I’d appreciate recommendations. 3D custom silicone - there can be side effects, but there is no absorption rate and the shape and height are decent, though there is a possibility it may look unnatural. Implant-free autologous costal cartilage - side effects are markedly fewer and it is relatively safe, but there is an absorption rate, and aside from the shape, the height is not as high as silicone. There isn’t that much difference in cost, so I’m torn ㅠㅠ
