I’m preparing for rhinoplasty, and because of silicone side effects, at first I was definitely going to do my nose with autologous material. But the more I search, the more I realize it isn’t easy to raise a low nose with autologous material. Should I just go with silicone? What I’m currently considering is, if I do it with autologous material, using ear cartilage from both sides at ㅇㄹㅂ to raise the nasal bridge and nasal tip by 2-3 mm, or using silicone and ear cartilage at ㅅㅇ to raise the nasal bridge and nasal tip by 4 mm. I’m debating between these, so which should I choose?
