Close to sunken eyes, and removing upper eyelid fullness

My eyes are close to sunken, and I want to remove the fullness of my upper eyelids. I have monolids and sunken eyes, but my upper eyelids swell easily, and I want to remove the fat. Based on what I know, there is orbital fat and subcutaneous fat, and what should I do to remove these? I heard that making an incision leaves a scar, so if I'm going to do it, many opinions seem to say to remove the fat while getting double eyelid surgery. But I really don't want to get double eyelid surgery, and I want to keep the current feel of my eyes as it is, just making them look clear like my eyes when I was younger.
