I had silicone for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and because I have a bulbous nose, my nasal tip sank after 2 years, so I am looking into revision surgery. I do not want to touch the silicone in the nasal bridge, but how would it be to do only the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage? If I do it with costal cartilage, about how long will it last?
