Reason for nose surgery: bulbous nose, nasal bridge is too low

I got this while I was there for an eye consultation, so I didn’t have any prior information, but since I didn’t really like that it would be done with an incision, I just had a light consultation. They said that raising it too much wouldn’t suit my current face, and that after doing it, it would feel about like I had contour shading on. But it kind of felt like the director’s main field was facial contouring, not the nose(?) (and there were almost no reviews), so I passed.

They said it would be non-incisional, the nasal tip would be tied, septal cartilage would be used, and silicone would be used for the nasal bridge. They said that if there wasn’t enough septal cartilage, they would reinforce it with mesh, but I didn’t want that, so I asked them to just use ear cartilage instead. They said my nostrils were slightly wide and that it would look prettier if I also had alar reduction, but since it’s a surgery that can’t be reversed, I passed... (+ I also had an eye consultation there, and since the height of the lines on both sides is different, they said to match the left side and only do the right side. But when I thought about it later, I wondered if doing only one side would still make them uneven anyway, so I decided to do both sides. I also want canthoplasty, but there’s so much talk about scars and reversal that I’m still thinking about it)
