They said they’ll use autologous costal cartilage, do osteotomy, and insert silicone too. Alar reduction isn’t included. For everything, one place quoted 4 million won, one place quoted 6 million won, which was too expensive so I’m passing on that place, and I’ve basically decided on one place that quoted 4.5 million won. But since my nose is basically at the level of not having one and they’re making a nose, is around 4.5 million won reasonable? Or is it too expensive?
