Day 3 after nose surgery,, I feel so stuffy

Today is day 3.. My boyfriend gave me nose surgery as a vacation gift, but now I’m getting so, so anxious,, My face is completely like a monster. Why do I have so much bruising? My nasal tip is bright red, I can’t even open my eyes, and the area under my eyes has swollen up so much that I feel distressed,, On top of that, in this hot summer I can’t even wash my face. Yesterday, when I washed my hair, a little water went into my nostril, and since then the inside of my left nostril hurts,,, It hurts even when I yawn, and it hurts when I sneeze too,,, I just keep worrying for no reason, wondering if something will go wrong like this,,, Also, I’m spending my vacation at my boyfriend’s house looking like this, and showing him this state is also.. Is everyone like this, or is it just me.. And I saw someone say you can’t even shower,, but I’ve been showering the whole time,,, My nose wasn’t that low or anything, but the bridge was a bit low, so I only did it slightly so it wouldn’t show,,, The swelling and bruising are much better than yesterday, but the pain is making me nervous,,, The bridge area also stings a little from time to time, and I also slightly feel a tightening-and-releasing sensation,, The inside of my nose stings too~~ I don’t know if it’s okay. In my current state, my nostrils also look slightly crooked,, Oh!!! I also don’t know why my body feels so stiff and achy and why my head is starting to hurt,,, My shoulders hurt too,,, sigh~~~ I just can’t wait for the swelling and bruising to disappear as soon as possible so I can see my pretty new nose,, I still haven’t had the tape removed,, It looks like I’ll have to go to work with the tape still on... I’ll post photos as soon as I get better~~ Let’s all hang in there^^ I really keep thinking this is something I should never have done.
