I heard that removing the mammary gland can reduce sensation, and although there is a slightly protruding feeling, it’s not extremely severe, so I’m thinking of only suctioning the fat without removing the mammary gland. Would that be a good choice? Or I’m wondering whether I should get liposuction first and, if I’m not satisfied, remove only the mammary gland separately later.
