Because of my bulbous nose, I’m only trying to raise the nasal tip slightly, and after consulting at 4 clinics, 3 of them said that since my goal isn’t high, it seems it can be done safely, though because my skin is thick, the improvement may not be major. At 1 clinic, they said the nasal tip skin is thick and the columella is weak, so if I have surgery, it could look awkward, and they would like to recommend that I don’t do it. I’m torn about what to do. If I don’t do it, I keep thinking about it, but when I try to do it, the words of the one doctor who did not recommend surgery keep bothering me.
