I’m going to get square jaw surgery, and my chin tip has a slight protruding chin feel and my lower face is wide. When I consulted with the doctor, they said they would move the protruding chin upward and make the lower face look U-shaped. But at first I came in thinking about two procedures including the chin tip, too, but I also feel like maybe it would be better to leave it alone if I want it to look natural. Which would be better?
