When viewed from the front, my nostrils stand out too much, and I’m curious what kind of surgery I need for this. There is also asymmetry, so I really don’t like how it looks. I joined because I want to know about everything, including the surgical estimate, cost, treatment period, etc. The period is especially important because of work.
