Hello. Right now, my nose height is okay, but I have a hump nose, my nasal alae are a bit wide, and my nasal tip droops. So I’m considering rhinoplasty, but I don’t really want it to be obvious that I had plastic surgery, so I’m trying to go in as natural a direction as possible. Even so, it will still look somewhat like I had surgery, right? I’m also curious whether I can return to daily life right after the splint is removed one week later
