Hello. First of all, I have quite a bit of fat over my eyelids, my eyes are very uneven, and I seem to have mild ptosis. The points I want to achieve through surgery are correcting the asymmetry and making my eyes look clearer. What should I do to make eyes like this at least somewhat better? My self-esteem has really dropped lately because of my uneven eyes and ptosis.
