This year, because of silicone inflammation, I had revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage and donated dermis. What do you think? It’s been 4 months since the surgery. Some people who knew my nose before surgery say it looks very obvious that I had surgery, while people who didn’t know my pre-surgery nose just say my nose is high and they’re not sure whether I had cosmetic surgery or not. I’m curious about an objective evaluation. I kind of hope it doesn’t look obvious, but honestly, if it didn’t show at all, I think I might regret that too. How does it look to everyone? Does it definitely look very obvious that I had surgery? Like, at first glance, “he definitely had work done on his nose” …
