I want to lower and lift the nasal tip, and I also want to raise the nasal bridge by about 3 mm. If I use ear cartilage and septal cartilage, I am worried that the shape may change later, so I am debating whether to use autologous costal cartilage from the first surgery. I also want to lift the alar rims and bring the columella down, but should I save costal cartilage for later instead of using it in the first surgery?
