The materials recommended by each clinic are a bit different. I'm thinking of getting a straight nose, and first of all, most were the same in using silicone. The places I went to for consultations were 제ㅇㅈ ㅃㄹ ㄹㄱ ㄱㄱ ㅋㅂㅈ, but they were split between donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage. I thought I would probably use ear cartilage and septal cartilage too because they said those are used a lot, but they said my skin itself is thick and firm, so using costal cartilage would probably be better. Some places use septal cartilage and costal cartilage together, some use ear cartilage and costal cartilage or something together, but in the end that means costal cartilage is used. I wondered why people ask so much about donated costal cartilage vs autologous costal cartilage, but now that's me too
