I have a high nasal bridge, a hump nose, and a bulbous nose, so I’m only planning to reduce the alar base, refine the nasal tip, and remove the hump. If I don’t put in silicone and use ear cartilage instead, is the chance of revision surgery or side effects still high? I’m scared When I see posts saying they want to die and things like that, it seems like they’re all about nose surgery. If I leave some of the hump and make it as natural as possible, wouldn’t it be okay?
