The first photo is how my eyes look normally when I’m not putting any force into them. Usually, the unevenness isn’t that noticeable, but when I open my eyes wide like in the second photo, the uneven eyes become very obvious, so I’m concerned. I’m wondering if the unevenness might be due to the epicanthal fold on my left eye, and whether it could be corrected with epicanthoplasty.
