My younger brother is fine in every other way, but his nose is seriously, ugh, hopeless. The nasal tip is passable, but it is a shame that he has no nasal bridge. I am thinking of giving him nose filler as a birthday gift this year. How effective is nose filler for men? Once you get it, how long does it last? Do you have to get it done every few months, and it will not just completely collapse, right?
