I had rhinoplasty with donated costal cartilage, and when I press my nose, it feels like the donated costal cartilage moves and then returns to its original position. There isn’t a clicking sound, but I get that kind of feeling, and I think this is a side effect. Could anyone know what kind of side effect this might be? If I probably need revision surgery, which hospitals are famous for it?
