Would a nasal bridge without an implant be okay?

My eyes, nose, and mouth are all on the larger side, and my features are quite defined, so I don’t think a nose that looks too natural would suit me. I went around consulting with places that do more dramatic nose surgery. They said they would shave down the hump without using silicone on the nasal bridge, and only raise the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage. But after searching, I saw that autologous costal cartilage is a firm material, so I’m wondering if it really makes sense to operate on the nasal bridge without putting anything in it. I did like the shape they designed for me at Louvre. So I even paid the deposit, but I’m going to think about it until next week and then tell them. Do you think it’ll be okay? Is there anyone who regretted having no implant?
