Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

Should I get an upper epicanthoplasty?

I usually use my forehead when opening my eyes, and I’m worried because forehead wrinkles already seem like they’re about to form. So I want to create, through surgery, eyes that look like they’re open the way they are when I use my forehead. From what I can see, first of all my upper eyelids are thick, so I think removing fat would be good, and it seems like my eyelid skin is sagging, making the epicanthal folds and inner corners of my eyes look stuffy. Can this problem be solved with double eyelid surgery? Since I’m a man, I’m hesitant about medial/upper epicanthoplasty because of scarring, but would I need to do it to get the effect I want?
