I had it done with costal cartilage 3 years ago, but it became too pointy and my nostrils also became pointed, so I’m looking for a place that can make it look natural. Not nostril shapes like “11,” but naturally round, and a nose tip that’s softly rounded too. Is there anywhere that does this well? Please recommend some places. No brokers, please. I’d appreciate hospital recommendations from people who are sincere.
