Honestly, when I think about raising the height of my nose, I do feel more drawn to getting silicone inserted. But I’m also scared of side effects, and I’m worried it might look too obvious, so I want to look into implant-free rhinoplasty. I’ve scheduled consultations at ㅇㅂㄹ and ㅂㄴㄴ, and I’m also considering ㅁㅌ because they seem good at natural-looking results. Is there anyone who felt disappointed with the bridge height after getting implant-free rhinoplasty? I don’t have a hump nose or anything, just a low, slightly pressed-looking nose, so I’m wondering if I need silicone for there to be a clear change.
