My face is on the larger side, but it's not a bone issue; I'm concerned because my double chin and deep cheek fat are sagging. I'm scared of shaving bone too, so I'm thinking of doing liposuction first. I heard that if you do liposuction on the cheek area, nasolabial folds can also improve a bit. Does it really seem effective? Or I'm curious whether you need to do a thread lift together to at least get better results.
