Nose Re-Surgery

Deviated septum, headache, pressure pain

To start with the conclusion, it’s very crooked both cosmetically and functionally. Leaving aside the crooked outer appearance, one nostril is blocked so I can’t breathe, and because of the headaches and pressure pain, I’m really worn down. While correcting the deviated septum, they said they would remove the silicone, and that the nasal tip probably won’t be able to go back to how it originally was, so they mentioned correction with autologous costal cartilage. If I do the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, will the foreign-body sensation be really severe? Seriously, please help me. Honestly, I want to take everything out, but I’m afraid my nose will turn up or become too short, so I can’t do that, but I’m so anxious. Please help me.
