If I remove the silicone and remove the capsule that had surrounded it, does it lower back down like my original skin, and if I don't remove it, does the space remain so recovery is slower and visually there is no difference from before surgery? The reason I'm planning surgery is that my skin is thin and has become thinner, the silicone line is prominent, and it has a chalk-like look that is obviously too noticeable to anyone. Or if I remove the capsule, could it puncture the thinned skin on my nasal bridge or make things worse? Please leave comments mainly if you have thin skin.
