My lower teeth were more protruded than my upper teeth.... Honestly, to be exact, rather than being protruded, they were just both in the same position, so I had surgery I wanted to put my lower teeth behind my upper teeth like other people...... I'm satisfied that my lower teeth went behind my upper teeth, but the lantern-jaw tendency is still there...... ㅠ What should I do? Should I ask for a refund again... Honestly, I didn't have that much of a complex about my teeth, so before surgery I asked the doctor if we could skip the teeth and just set the jaw back, and he opposed it, saying that could actually look worse But now there's no difference from before surgery...... Appearance-wise..... Maybe because there is still residual swelling, but I look uglier than before/... ㅠ My boyfriend also tells me I got uglier, and some friends ask if I really had surgery, while another friend says, well, at least the teeth went in....... I was so upset that I went to the doctor and compared it with my before photos, and in the full side-profile photo, only the lips went in slightly, and the 45-degree-angle photo is exactly the same..... as before..... It wasn't a small amount of money either.... I feel bad asking for the money to be refunded again, and when I asked for revision surgery again, they said it's dangerous and can't be done, and that we need to wait at least 6 months to know, so for now they put it on hold, but what should I do? After surgery, I was so glad and happy imagining how I would become prettier, but now I'm even angrier. The money was wasted..... the suffering was all on me..... and I don't like the result at all..... My heart really hurts.... What should I do in a case like this? I feel so wronged I can't live like this The doctor says this amount of setback is actually better, that if it goes in too much I'd look like an old woman, and that if he had set my lower jaw back more, I would have been more dissatisfied, which is honestly absurd If the upper teeth go in, that can look like an old woman, but lower teeth going in doesn't make you look like an old woman And I still have a lantern jaw now...... About the surgical result, the doctor says that at this level he designed it himself and did it, so I should be satisfied, but I never imagined it would go in this little, and right now it hurts so much that all the suffering and money feel like such a waste...... My lantern jaw wasn't severe; only close people knew because I told them... When I said I was getting surgery, people tried to stop me I still did it because it was my complex... But now it's even more stressful Please give me some advice If I go to the hospital in about 2~3 months and say something, what could persuade them? I feel too wronged to just back down like this
