Aside from the top 3 in Seoul, the places that do a lot of these are all in Seoul too, and I’m completely from the provinces, so if I can get it removed in Busan, I’d like to do it in Busan. As far as I know, I had silicone, ear cartilage, and AlloDerm used. If anyone has had full nose implant/material removal in Busan, could you please share a review? Whether you had cartilage repositioning after removal, whether the capsule was removed, and if you had only the silicone removed through a closed approach while leaving the nasal tip cartilage as is, how things are now. I hear a lot that the nasal tip droops afterward, and my nasal tip is already a bit droopy.
