While going around for consultations, I heard that I need to remove my nose implant and have cartilage tying, so are there places that also tie the alar cartilage while doing cartilage repositioning during removal surgery? They say hospitals that purely do only total removal don’t do it, but since it’s been 12 years since my surgery, some hospitals say the alar cartilage must have weakened, so they would tie it They said they do it with non-absorbable sutures, but I’m going around for consultations because I want removal, so I wonder if it’s right to leave sutures in my nose.
