Hello, following my day 11 review, I’m going to write a day 31 review. First, until week 2, the pinched nose looked okay. But as of now, it seems more pinched than before haha Since this is the period when contraction is the most severe, I have some hope that once this period passes, it may still get a bit better. The columellar retraction was also severe, but thankfully the columella is much better now haha If it does not improve over time, I’m considering reconstruction. Right now, it is upturned and pinched, so I wondered if it would have been better to just do reconstruction right away, but at that time...
