It's been a little over 1 year since surgery. I've lived with almost no problems until now, but suddenly today my nose feels tight. But externally it looks fine. I really like the shape of my nose, and other than the slight tight feeling, there's nothing uncomfortable, but I'm a bit anxious. Is this normal?
